Delville Wood Ltd was formed in 2012 by Jon Symonds following a highly successful Corporate and SME career. It was created to assist business owners, shareholders, boards and directors achieve their businesses goals and ambitions through framework development, Corporate services and implementation or the recovery of failing businesses.
This is achieved via meeting with key stakeholders, assessment, strategy creation, hands on operational, commercial or strategic delivery and management by providing Interim, consulting and non-executive services

A Highly experienced former FTSE 250Plc executive director, non-executive, managing and operations managing director of a number of SME's ranging from $1m to £800m turn over per annum.
Over twenty years’ experience with major UK and Global organisations with extensive knowledge of strategic organisational development, commercial and operations leadership.
He has worked with, for and served on the main board of listed and private businesses worldwide - Eaga Plc, Cricket Fiji, Carillion Home Services, Acrobat Carbon Services, GME Ltd, EJ Horrocks, Permarock Products, Warmsure Ltd, Iguana Ltd, AFK – UK, NBS Bank, Rare Adventures, Childreach international and ABSA Bank.
